How did Dealer eTraining start?
Here is the story about how Dealer eTraining was started. Dealer eTraining was founded in 2011 on the principle that automotive dealers are in need of “Real Deal” cutting edge solutions to help improve the way that business is conducted. After eight years of success in retail and some experience of working with another training firm our founder, Stan Sher decided to bring cutting edge processes to the retail automobile industry. After a long planning and implementation process the result became Dealer eTraining, the premier automotive internet sales training and consulting firm in the industry.
What makes Dealer eTraining different?
This firm was built to offer dealers a “holistic” approach to building dealership success. While there are other plenty of other Sales, Internet Sales and BDC experts out there teaching the similar standards as everyone else we prefer to bring a fresh approach to the table. We have taken every best practice that we have ever implemented from our own background and created a consulting style that helps dealers understand everything that we do and why we do it that way. In fact, we do not carry a generic “one size fits all” style training and consulting process because we cater to the needs of our client.
Give me an example of your meaning of different…
Ever meet a consultant that reviews OEM reports, CRM data, Digital Marketing strategies and standards that the dealer should be looking for? We train dealers how to create a benchmark for success based on these analysis. The benchmark is used to develop custom processes for CRM, email templates, phone scripts, digital strategy, sales process and management. Dealer eTraining even trains and consults on effective management techniques that include ho to use available tools such as call monitoring to leverage growth in sales numbers. But that is not all, we conduct sales person training to empower sales professionals to learn how to build their own business by marketing themselves and becoming the modern sales professional. To build an Internet or BDC department is one thing but to create a complete dealership culture to work is the important piece that makes us the best in the business.
What is the core focus of Dealer eTraining?
The belief at Dealer eTraining is that dealers need to focus on five general points. Our core focus is to improve the way that dealerships sell cars through effective marketing strategies, management, lead handling, phone skills and sales techniques.
