How did Dealer eTraining start?

Dealer eTraining was founded in 2010 on the principle that automotive dealers are in need of “Real Deal” cutting edge solutions to help improve the way that business is conducted.

After eight years of success in retail and some experience of working with another training firm our founder, Stan Sher decided to offer his experience to the entire automobile industry. This firm was built to offer dealers a “holistic” approach to building dealership success. We prefer to bring a fresh approach to the table taking every best practice that we have ever implemented from our own experience and creating a style that helps dealers make drastic improvements immediately.

Give me an example of how you operate…

Ever meet a consultant that reviews OEM reports, CRM data, Digital Marketing strategies and standards that the dealer should be looking for? We create a benchmark for success based on these data points. The benchmark is used to develop processes for CRM, email templates, phone scripts, digital strategy, sales process and management.
